I am an experienced speaker and teacher of practical gardening skills with over 8 years experience. I am a full member of the Garden Media Guild and have delivered talks and workshops for the RHS, BBC Gardeners’ World Live, Glee and the Horticultural Trades Association. As well as corporate brands including Fujitsu, and many gardening clubs.

Growing for Wellbeing (Talk)
The most open, honest and relatable story everyone needs to hear. The Growing for Wellbeing talk is the original, sharing my personal story of mental health struggles from childhood to recent years. The journey is a bit of a ride, but one with plenty of laughter, veg growing tips and a HAPPY ENDING!

Let’s Reconnect! (Talk)
This talk shares how and why getting back to nature is crucial for all of us, whether it is simply going for a walk, sitting among the trees or getting your hands stuck in the soil.

Natural Beauty and Wellbeing (Workshop or Talk) – Adults
This workshop has been designed to teach adults about the medicinal properties of my favourite plants that you will see in your garden and nearby woodland. Whether foraging whilst exploring the great outdoors or growing a few fantastic herbs in containers; you can have access to powerful plants. I will discuss the plants, then share how the attendees can incorporate them into homemade beauty products, suitable for everyone.

Learn, Design and Grow (Workshop or Talk ) – Suitable for groups age 5 – 14 years old This workshop has been designed to give those taking part a sense of belonging, an opportunity to learn responsibility and enable their confidence to grow. All whilst having fun, learning how to grow produce and taking home their own creation to nurture and enjoy.

Fees 2022 – 2023
Talks start from £150 + 45p a mile travel. I live in the Brecon Beacons, Wales and am happy to travel.

Online talks via Zoom start from £100 for 45 minutes via Zoom, which includes additional time for Q&A.
